I am honored to support you on your path of self-empowerment, helping you navigate your inner world with trust and compassion.

In our (online) coaching sessions, we will work through challenges in your life, work, and relationships. Together, we will deepen your self-understanding, transform limiting beliefs, and create a more fulfilling and connected life.

My Therapeutic Coaching approach is based on several methodologies:

What to expect...

During our transformative coaching sessions, which last 90 minutes, we embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Our sessions take place conveniently online via Zoom, allowing for a comfortable and accessible experience from the comfort of your own space. Once you've registered, you'll have the opportunity to schedule our first session together.

One of the powerful modalities we'll explore during our sessions is Internal Family Systems (IFS). In these sessions, we delve into the intricate tapestry of your inner world, getting to know different parts of yourself. By meeting these parts from a place of Self energy, we create a nurturing environment for healing and unburdening limiting beliefs. This approach allows you to be heard and understood in a non-judgmental space, where true transformation can unfold.

Together, we'll create a safe and supportive space where you can freely express yourself, explore your challenges, and uncover hidden strengths. Through compassionate guidance, we'll work collaboratively to identify and address the underlying issues that are holding you back. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring a personalized and empowering experience.

A little bit about me

Hi, I am honoured to be your guide!

With a background as a certified Nonviolent Communication trainer and Internal Family Systems Practitioner, as well as extensive mindfulness practices, breathwork, and bodywork experience, I have cultivated a unique ability to create a safe and supportive space for healing. Guiding clients through their inner landscapes, I provide the necessary support to navigate their personal journeys.

Beyond my work in guiding individuals towards healing, I enjoy meditation, immersing myself in nature, dancing, and cooking up tasty meals. These activities nurture my own well-being and inspire my practice.

I recommend single sessions for those who have never experience coaching online, or coaching with me.

Otherwise, I recommend a bundle of 7 coaching sessions or a 6 month trajectory with monthly payments.

  • When does the program start?
    The program starts with the first 60 minute orientation session where I will take you through the logistics of the program and where we will set the dates for our 7 one on one sessions.
  • Will I be completely healed of procrastination at the end of the 3 months?
    I cannot guarantee that. What I can guarantee is that you will experience a significant shift towards being more focused and active. What I can also guarantee is that you will have a deeper understanding of why it is that you procrastinate, as well as the skills and tools to empower yourself and get focused when you find yourself getting distracted.
  • Can I get a refund if I find that I don't like it?
    Certainly. If you find that what I am offering is not for you, then I am happy to refund you within 14 days of your initial enrolment.
  • Will I need to revisit my past and relive painful past experiences?
    The methodology that I use is a combination of Internal Family Systems, Nonviolent Communication and Mindfulness. Some past memories may spontaneously pop up during a session. When this happens, I will support you to navigate these memories in a way to ensures that you will not have to relive these experiences and be re-traumatised by them. If this happens, then I will support you to witness these experiences in a way that brings them to completion so that you can free yourself and move forward.
  • How much time will I need to dedicate to this?
    In order to get the most benefit out of the program, it is recommended that you spend roughly 20 minutes per day doing some reading and reflection. On the weeks where we have a therapeutic coaching session booked there will be an extra 90 minutes time commitment.
  • What kind of challenges can Therapeutic Coaching help me with?
    Therapeutic Coaching provides valuable support in various areas, including building self-esteem, overcoming perfectionism, conquering procrastination, improving relationships, overcoming people-pleasing tendencies, managing anger, battling depression, addressing eating issues, overcoming addictions, and transforming your inner critic.
  • Is there a refund policy in case I'm unsatisfied with my purchase?
    Therapeutic Coaching is a highly personalized and organic process. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you're unhappy for any reason, please let us know so we can discuss how to best meet your needs and ensure your journey with us is a positive one.
  • How do I schedule my appointment?
    Upon purchasing our coaching services, you will promptly receive detailed instructions on how to book your preferred appointment time. We've made the process as simple and convenient as possible for you.
  • What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
    We kindly request that you schedule your appointments at least one week in advance. After payment, you'll receive a personalized link to our calendar, making it easy to book your session. Should you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so via the email confirmation you receive or by directly emailing us, ensuring you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
  • Can I purchase coaching more than once?
    Absolutely! We're here to support you throughout your journey. If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase our coaching services again. We're committed to providing ongoing guidance and assistance whenever you require it.
  • How long does a coaching session typically last?
    Each coaching session is designed to provide ample time for meaningful progress. On average, our sessions last between 75 to 90 minutes. This duration allows us to dive deep into the areas you'd like to explore and provide comprehensive support.
  • Is Therapeutic Coaching suitable for remote sessions?
    Absolutely! Our coaching services usually take place remotely, although we could meet in-person occasionally where this is possible and supportive. We offer the flexibility of virtual sessions, allowing you to receive guidance and support from the comfort of your own home or preferred location. Remote sessions are conducted via video conferencing or phone to ensure a seamless and effective coaching experience.
  • Are coaching sessions confidential?
    Yes, absolutely. Confidentiality is of utmost importance to us. We adhere to a strict code of ethics and professional standards that ensure all information shared during our sessions remains confidential. Your privacy and trust are highly valued. From time to time we may consult an IFS supervisor to get input around your process and gain insights to better support you. This is always anonymous.
  • How frequently should I schedule coaching sessions?
    The frequency of coaching sessions can vary depending on your needs and preferences. Some clients benefit from weekly sessions, while others prefer bi-weekly or monthly appointments. We will work together to determine a schedule that suits your specific goals and availability, ensuring you receive the support and momentum you need to thrive.
  • What qualifications and experience do you have as a Therapeutic Coach?
    As a Therapeutic Coach, I am certified with CNVC. and I am a Level 2 IFS practitioner. Additionally, I have over twelve years of experience working with individuals facing a wide range of challenges. My passion for personal growth and transformation, combined with my extensive training, equips me with the tools and insights needed to guide you towards positive change.

I wanted to share my gratitude with you and write you a note.  I am struggling to put into words the level of support and help that you provided me over the six-ish months we worked intensively together.

 

It was truly life-changing and I will be forever grateful that I found you at that particular time in my life.  I was completely overwhelmed with depression, anxiety, and fear about the future, and I needed really deep work to liberate the parts of me that were stuck in old, old pain. 

 

From the first time we worked together, it was like a calming salve on a burning wound. The gentle presence, compassion, and care that you brought was a light to help me navigate the dark inner recesses of my psyche that I was not able to get to by myself or really with therapists or other support.
