Our retreats and workshops are designed to support the process of meeting, reconnecting and compassionately hold space for ourselves.  Expect

  • profound insights about yourself and your existence through dyad meditation

  • tasty healthy meals

  • clear structures to support you so you can fully relax into the experience

  • Minimum of two skilled facilitators + assistants present to support you on your journey


Together we co-create SAFE spaces where all is welcome. Here parts of you that have been suppressed for so long may come to the surface, be heard and healed. Awaken to the wholeness and fullness of who you truly are.

Balancing Rocks


An abbreviated version of the "Awakening to Life" Intensive Retreat,

this is an opportunity to pause, recharge and reconnect to ourselves over a long weekend.

A journey of diving into our subconscious, rediscovering who we truly are and waking up to what truly matters to us.

The retreat includes journeying with Psilocybin truffles, breathwork, and circle sharing.




A week long journey of direct experiencing, sensing and being, of embodying our deepest authenticity, and of witnessing the mystery of existence unfold through Dyad meditation.

What motivates us

If you're anything like us, you sometimes find it hard to stay connected to your own centre in the company of others. We tend to feel vulnerable around other humans and wear protective layers to make it through our daily interactions.

One of our motto's is  "Your path is yours to walk, but you do not need to do it alone."

What if we could meet each other in an undefended way, connecting to what is truly alive for us?

What if we could drop into the moment together, playing together, relaxing into the flow of life and letting it move us?

What if we could rediscover what it means to be human and walk each other home?

We are passionate about creating safe spaces where we can journey into our own inner world and meet each other and Life from our true Self, to remember what this is.
