Our retreats and workshops are designed to support the process of meeting, reconnecting and compassionately hold space for ourselves.  Expect


  • to slow down and become present to yourself and Life

  • integration time in nature,

  • opportunities to express yourself through movement, writing, colour,

  • profound insights about yourself and your existence through dyad meditation

  • tasty healthy meals

  • clear structures to support you so you can fully relax into the experience

  • Minimum of two skilled facilitators + assistants present to support you on your journey


Together we co-create SAFE spaces where all is welcome. Here parts of you that have been suppressed for so long may come to the surface, be heard and healed. Awaken to the wholeness and fullness of who you truly are.  

Your path is yours to walk, but you don't need to do it alone.

We do everything in our power to ensure an optimal retreat experience, so you can simply relax and focus on your inner journey.

Retreat participants are served tasty nutritious vegetarian meals (we do cater for alternative dietary needs). We carefully select retreat venues that are situated in a natural environment and contribute to a sense of peace and wellbeing.

this is an opportunity to pause, recharge and reconnect to ourselves over a long weekend.

A journey of diving into our subconscious, rediscovering who we truly are and waking up to what truly matters to us.

The retreat includes 2 Psilocybin truffle ceremonies, breathwork, Dyad meditation and integration time in nature.
