About The Event

Do you need time-out from daily busy, to find space to deeply connect to yourself and what's important to you in life?

Join us in a safe space for nurturing, healing and self-discovery. In this weekend retreat we combine the powerful methodologies of Dyad meditation, NVC process work, Internal Family Systems, creative expression and silent integration time in nature.

The venue

Koningsteen is a unique setting to nurture and uplift body, mind and Soul. Centrally located between Antwerp and Brussels, it is very tranquil and boasts a large beautiful garden for strolls and integration time. There is a friendly atmosphere and they offer wholesome and organic vegetarian cuisine.

Details

The weekend starts at 20:00 on Friday evening, 30th October with an opening circle and ends at 16.00 on Sunday 1 November.

Our tuition fee is €350

This is separate from the accommodation fee which is paid directly to the venue.

Accommodation for two nights costs € 169,50 pp and includes refreshments, breakfast, delicious hearty organic vegetarian lunches and a light dinner on Saturday evening. You will be sharing your comfortable room with one other participant (single beds).  Should you wish to book a single room, there is a €40 surcharge.

Your facilitators

Sarah Dekker is passionate about integrating Nonviolent Communiction (NVC) with embodied spirituality. Her workshops offer ways to cultivate daily practices for living life fully and authentically, deeply grounded in compassion for one’s self and others. Sarah’s interest in individual and collective trauma healing has had her exploring Dyad meditation practice, Internal Family Systems, Mondo Zen, gender reconciliation training, Biodynamic Breathwork &Trauma Release Systems, constellation work and other modalities. ​

Nicholas Burnand is a certified Nonviolent Communication trainer and trauma therapist. His journey has taken him to remote places, spending hundreds of days in retreats, ceremonies, and workshops around the world. He is focused on creating safe spaces which foster transformation and awakening. His passion as a teacher and therapist is offering workshops and retreats to support people through deeply transformative inner journeys. He combines inner parts processes(I.F.S.) and unified mindfulness with Nonviolent communication to form a powerful trio that support living more authentically and free.
